Founder & CEO

RSVN Sharma is the visionary Founder and CEO of MHITR, a health-tech startup committed to transforming how emotional and psychological wellness is accessed and experienced. An alumnus of IIT Bombay with over two and a half decades of global experience in analytical product development, Sharma blends technological innovation with a deep commitment to social impact.

He is the architect of the Igniting Minds Program, which equips youth aged 11 to 25 with critical socio-emotional skills through a unique blend of experiential learning, cognitive-behavioural techniques, and gamified modules. The program builds emotional resilience, empathy, critical thinking, and well-being among students.

Through MHITR, Sharma has launched a suite of integrated wellness programs for students, working professionals, and older adults. He actively partners with schools, NGOs, government bodies, and corporate institutions to scale these interventions—ensuring that every individual, across all life stages, has access to tools for self-awareness and holistic well-being.

Sanjay Singh is the Co-founder of MHITR, a health-tech startup reimagining emotional and psychological wellness across four life stages. With over 29 years of global experience in client delivery, growth strategy and consulting, Sanjay has held leadership roles at Genpact, Oracle, and McKinsey & Co.

Sanjay's expertise spans global delivery for high-tech clients, sales enablement, transformation programs, and people leadership across industries and geographies. He has consistently driven impact through strategic insights, innovation, and execution excellence.

Sanjay is an SMP graduate from IIM Calcutta and an alumnus of Banaras Hindu University. At MHITR, he drives the startup's growth through sales and marketing, building partnerships with schools, corporates, and foundations & NGOs to expand access to holistic wellness programs that foster emotional resilience and mental well-being.
