When should I start with MaaTru?
You can join Maatru at any stage of your journey. Many mothers start as soon as they discover they're pregnant, while others join in later trimesters or even postpartum. We tailor our support to wherever you are in your journey.
Are your services covered by insurance?
Many of our services may be covered by insurance, depending on your plan. We can provide documentation for reimbursement claims. Contact us with your insurance details and we'll help you understand your coverage options.
Can my partner participate in the programs?
Absolutely! We strongly encourage partner involvement. Our Partner & Family Care program is specifically designed for partners, and many of our other programs include partner sessions to ensure your support system is prepared and engaged.
What if I'm experiencing a high-risk pregnancy?
Our team includes specialists experienced in supporting high-risk pregnancies. We work collaboratively with your medical team to provide complementary wellness support that aligns with your care plan.
Do you offer virtual sessions?
Yes! We offer both in-person and virtual sessions for most of our programs. Our secure video platform allows you to receive support from the comfort of your home, which is especially helpful during late pregnancy and early postpartum.
How do I know which services are right for me?
We recommend starting with a free consultation. During this session, we'll discuss your unique needs, concerns, and goals, and help you create a personalized care plan that addresses your specific situation.
What qualifications do your practitioners have?
Our team includes certified nurse-midwives, licensed mental health counselors, registered dietitians, certified lactation consultants, and physical therapists specializing in pelvic health. All practitioners are experienced in maternal health.
Can I switch between programs or add services?
