Frequently Asked Questions

Who is MaaTru psychological counselling for?

Any woman navigating pregnancy, postpartum, or maternal identity shifts — preventive, non-pathology-based support regardless of clinical diagnosis.

How is counselling different from psychotherapy at MaaTru?

Counselling is the preventive entry point for emotional support. Psychotherapy is activated when patterns exceed counselling scope and requires licensed clinical care.
